Noga Mano
A Master student in MassLab, located at the Marine Science School in Haifa University. My project focus on enhancement of larval recruitment on artificial beds by microbial biofilm.

Professional Experience
2000- Center of Marine Education, Reseach & Mariculture, Mevoot-Yam, Mikhmoret - Mentoring 11th–12th grade students in year-long independent research projects (5-point Bagrut) in marine biology, mariculture, and marine environment. Guiding students through topic selection, experimental design, scientific literature review, data analysis, and full research paper writing. Additionally served as an external evaluator of final projects. 2019-2024 Sutok Environmental Engineering - Supported industrial clients in meeting environmental regulations, including preparing toxic and emission permit applications, conducting environmental surveys, and managing plant documentation. Developed procedures and coordinated resource efficiency solutions. Created academic content about Circular Economy and produced professional and promotional materials. Maintained collaborations with environmental and industrial organizations. Participated in professional trainings, including Environmental Quality Officer certification and courses on residential health and sustainability (Heschel Institute).
Teaching and Education Experience
2019-2020 Kinneret College - the school for gifted children - Writing and Teaching Marine Biology semestrial program 2017-2019 Green Step - Coordinating of environmental education programs in municipalities, facilitating leadership groups of school students, advising schools, teachers and kindergartners in environmental educational programs: ‘Conservation of species diversity in the urban nature’, ‘Energy efficiency’, ‘Our path’, ‘Species diversity as a bio-indicator of air quality’ – a research program and survey for elementary schools I developed and guided. 2003-2006 Leading groups in multiple organizations focusing on the marine environmental educational programs of the following organizations: Nature and Parks Authority (Ratag), Eco-Ocean, Israel Oceanographic and Limnological Research (IOLR Haifa), SEAOR Marine.
